Currently, I'm offering Energy Flow Yoga classes twice a week and Ashtanga Vinyasa private classes on request.

Energy Flow every Sunday at Yoga Rebellion in Mitte from 2:45 pm to 4 pm

Energy Flow every Thursday at Dharma Yoga Neukölln from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
POWER FLOW or ENERGY FLOW is a one-hour dynamic practice, mainly based on the Ashtanga yoga half primary series, with some variations taken from the Hatha and Vinyasa postures. The intention is to wake up the fire and the energy inside ourselves through the dynamic repetition of sun salutations and other yoga asanas aimed at strengthening our muscles, aligning the spine and increasing flexibility.
The FULL PRIMARY SERIES of ASHTANGA YOGA is usually followed by a short meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). During the class I will lead you through the traditional Ashtanga Yoga led class to experience the flow of Ashtanga Yoga as developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. We will open and close the session with traditional mantras sung in Sanskrit.
In addition we can have some fun together and try out the basic flow of ACRO YOGA or we can arrange a PRIVATE CLASS to work more on your specific needs.
One-hour Energy Flow
Awaking your energy
In this class I will drive you in one hour energizing flow followed by a short pranayama and meditation. Energy flow is mainly based on the Ashtanga Yoga half primary series, with some variations taken from Vinyasa and Hatha styles, and it will wake up the fire inside you through the dynamic repetition of sun salutations and other yoga asanas aimed at strengthening your muscles, aligning the spine and increasing flexibility.
SUMMER CLASSES are focused on the element of water. Water is the element of change, intuition, creativity and sexuality. Water is connected to the 2nd chakra, Svadhisthana or sacral chakra. Discover with me how to use your Ujjay breathe to flow into the poses with fluidity by adding a special focus on hips opening postures!

In this course we will focus on the Ashtanga Yoga full primary series followed by a short meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). During the class I will lead you through the traditional Ashtanga Yoga to experience the flow as developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. We will open and close the session with traditional mantras sung in Sanskrit.

Find your mate and enjoy partner acrobatics!
Make sure you have enough space around you. If you are 3 is even better so one person on rotation can make the spotter and provide support for the base and the flyer. Beginners welcome!
